Your order is processed within 7 - 10 days of receipt and despatched to the Assay office. Once assayed, it is despatched with Royal Mail (in the UK) direct to your store. Your shipping charges include insurance too.

All our manufacturing is done in-house. Our facility was established over 30 years ago, employs over 1,000 people, and is a reputed manufacturing source for leading luxury brands and retailers in over 20 countries. We have multiple QC checks in place at every stage and our acceptance ratio exceeds 99.30%.
We source diamonds that are compliant with the Kimberley process, purchase all our metals from international banks and trading houses, and gemstones that are sourced from countries where funds are not used towards illicit purposes. Our facilities are RJC certified. We do not employ any child labour, and have various social initiatives in place.
We have partnerships with the London and Birmingham Assay offices and conduct all hallmarking in either of these facilities. If you are registered with these offices, we can have your company hallmark stamped too.
All our CAD designers go through a stringent approval process and have a minimum of 5 years of CAD design experience in international markets. If however you are not satisfied with someone, feel free to let us know and we will make sure we get it done right.
JewelCounter has local partners in every country that we do business. You can connect with us for anything related to production enhancement or repairs and we can generally turn-around pieces within 3 days.
Absolutely. If you have CAD files, we can make the polished mount for you. Alternately, you can order a polished mount from our selection of thousands of designs. We can also supply a loose diamond - with or without certification. We do not supply loose gemstones at this time.
We can supply diamonds mounted in jewellery or loose, either with or without certification. We can also supply Lab-Grown diamonds. Most of our supply is between VVS1 to I1 grades, from F to H colour. We can work with sizes from 0.0025ct per stone going up to 5.0ct stones.
Creating bespoke pieces conveniently is a JewelCounter speciality. You can upload any design on the platform and note special instructions. Our CAD designers will get in touch with you to discuss the project and make your file. Once you approve it, we will start the manufacturing process and ship it to your store.
We frequently get similar questions from retailers. As long as you have a physical or online store selling directly to consumers, please get in touch wiht us and we will figure out a way to help you get setup and sell jewellery in a few days. We have various training videos and materials to help you get started and understand the jewellery industry too.
This service does not require any subscription charge. Please send us your CAD files and we will manufacture the pieces as per your requirement. A free plan for casting services is also being worked on and will be launched shortly.
If you prefer to customize and curate designs for customers across the counter at your store, you may choose the gold plan. If you would like to have an e-commerce site allowing customers to make their own pieces in addition to visiting the store to work with you, please choose the platinum plan. You can always sign-up for our 30 days free trial plan and take a decision thereafter.
We have different subscription plans to suit different retailers on our platform and our retailers can switch between them without any hassle. If you do not want to do it yourself, you can simply contact us and we will do it for you! However, we would recommend only switching near your monthly renewal date so as to benefit as much as possible from what you have already paid for.
We need a debit / credit card to setup any payments for subscriptions, CAD orders, and product orders. However, we work with external secure payment gateways and we do not have access to your card number.
If you are on a platinum plan, you have a few different options. We can help setup your website using a template which you can then manage independently. If you already have a website, we can integrate our API's into it and give you access to our jewellery customizer and marketplace with thousands of designs. Technical knowledge is not needed!
As a tech platform, JewelCounter is commited to providing regular upgrades and updates based on industry trends and retailer requests. To make sure our retailers make the most of all our features, we conduct webinars and training sessions.
We also host seminars with our retailers to get feedback from them regarding any issues they are having on the platform and so that they can interact and benefit from each others' knowledge.
